Live Masterclass Terms & Conditions

Additional rules for Cowartu’s instructor-led online training

Effective Date: 30 October 2026 | Website: cowartu.com
Operator: Cowartu, a proprietorship concern operated by Ishwar Tudu
Support: [email protected] | Official WhatsApp: +91 92790 44047

These product-specific terms apply to students enrolled in a Cowartu Live Masterclass. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, these Live Masterclass terms control for the delivery of the Live Masterclass, subject to applicable law.

1. Enrolment and confirmation

Admission is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and verified by Cowartu and the student has received an admission confirmation. The student must submit accurate admission details and use the registered contact number/email for course communication. Class links are issued only to enrolled students and must not be shared.

2. Initial payment and PDF access

Where the offer requires an initial payment of ₹399, the amount is allocated as ₹99 for the accompanying PDF/document course and ₹300 towards the Live Masterclass fee. PDF access will be provided after payment verification. The ₹99 PDF component is non-refundable once access is delivered. Cancellation before the first scheduled live class is governed by the specific ₹300 refund rule in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Course duration, batch size and schedule

The standard Live Masterclass duration for the applicable offer is 45 days from the official batch commencement date. Batch size may be limited to 10 students to support personalised instruction. The schedule, class timings, days and any holidays will be communicated before or at the start of the batch. Any material schedule change will be communicated through the registered email or official WhatsApp channel.

4. Class format and platforms

Classes are conducted online through Zoom or another video-conferencing platform notified by Cowartu. Students must use the joining link issued to them and should join on time. Cowartu may change the platform where reasonably necessary and will share updated joining instructions.

5. Attendance and participation

Students are expected to attend regularly, participate in exercises and complete the practice or assignments communicated by the instructor. A student who misses a class is responsible for catching up using any materials or recordings made available. Individual repeat classes are not guaranteed. Any make-up class, revision session or recording access is provided only where Cowartu announces it.

6. Instalment schedule

Where approved for the particular batch, course fees may be paid in up to five instalments. The instalment amounts and due dates will be shared in writing before enrolment. Students must pay each instalment by its due date. If an instalment remains unpaid, Cowartu may, after notice, pause access to future sessions or course resources until the payment issue is resolved.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: before the first live class begins, where the initial ₹399 payment and PDF access arrangement applies, ₹99 is retained for the delivered PDF and ₹300 is refundable. After the first live class begins, a full refund is not available merely because a student withdraws; a partial refund may be calculated using the 45-day pro-rata method and only eligible, pre-disclosed, non-recoverable costs. Students should read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.

8. Instructor and course delivery

Cowartu may appoint a replacement instructor if the original instructor becomes unavailable or a change is reasonably required. Cowartu will make reasonable efforts to maintain the promised course scope and training standard. If a session is cancelled by Cowartu, it may be rescheduled or replaced with a reasonable alternative. A student’s own absence does not require Cowartu to repeat the session individually.

9. Certification

A Certificate of Completion may be issued to students who complete the course and meet the attendance, participation, assignment or assessment requirements communicated for that batch. Cowartu may withhold a certificate where the student has not completed those requirements. A certificate confirms course participation/completion only and is not a government licence, professional accreditation or guarantee of employment.

10. Portfolio and career guidance

Portfolio guidance, practice feedback or career guidance may be included where stated in the course offer. These are educational support services. Cowartu does not guarantee auditions, job placement, paid projects, clients, freelance work or income.

11. Technical responsibility

Students must arrange a working device, stable internet connection, microphone or audio setup reasonably required for class and a suitable learning environment. Cowartu is not responsible for a student’s inability to join due to the student’s own device, connectivity or software problem. If a platform-wide issue affects a class, Cowartu will communicate a reasonable alternative or rescheduling plan.

12. Conduct and learning environment

Students must treat instructors and other students respectfully. Harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory conduct, abusive language, disruption, impersonation, recording others without permission or sharing private class links is prohibited. Cowartu may remove a student from a session or suspend access for serious or repeated misconduct, after considering the circumstances and applicable law. Any refund, if due, will be assessed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Course materials and recording

Course materials, class recordings and instructor content are for the enrolled student’s personal learning only. Copying, recording, publishing, sharing, selling or redistributing them is prohibited without written permission. Cowartu will inform students before making a class recording. Public promotional use of an identifiable student’s image, voice or testimonial requires separate permission.

14. Contact
