PDF Course Terms & Conditions

Specific conditions for Cowartu’s downloadable document courses

Effective Date: 30 October 2026 | Website: cowartu.com
Operator: Cowartu, a proprietorship concern operated by Ishwar Tudu
Support: [email protected] | Official WhatsApp: +91 92790 44047

These terms apply to a Cowartu PDF/document course purchased as a standalone product or supplied as part of a Live Masterclass offer. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital product and access period

The PDF Course is a digital product. Unless the course page states otherwise, access to the course page, download link, related updates or support is available for 30 days from the date access is activated. After the 30-day access period ends, access to the online course area, updates or support may expire. A file already downloaded to the student’s device may remain on that device; however, the student’s permission to use it remains limited to personal learning and does not permit sharing or redistribution.

2. Personal learning use only

The PDF Course is licensed to the enrolled purchaser for personal, non-commercial learning only. The student must not forward, upload, publish, sell, rent, reproduce, distribute, translate for resale, modify for resale or otherwise share the PDF, in full or in part, without Cowartu’s prior written permission.

3. No physical copy

The PDF Course is supplied electronically. No printed, bound or physical copy will be shipped unless a separate physical product is expressly offered and confirmed by Cowartu.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Once PDF access or a download link has been delivered, the PDF Course fee is ordinarily non-refundable. Where the PDF Course is bundled with a Live Masterclass initial payment of ₹399, the ₹99 PDF component is retained after access is delivered, including where the student cancels the Live Masterclass before it starts. Duplicate payments, payment errors, non-delivery or a genuine technical failure attributable to Cowartu will be reviewed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All text, exercises, examples, designs, illustrations, branding and other content in the PDF Course are owned by Cowartu or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase does not transfer ownership. Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or commercial use may result in termination of access and legal remedies under applicable law.

6. Learning outcomes

The PDF Course is designed for education and skill development. Progress depends on the student’s practice, effort and starting skill level. Cowartu does not guarantee employment, freelance assignments, auditions, clients, income or any particular result.

7. Updates and modifications

Cowartu may correct errors, update examples or improve the PDF Course. Access to revised versions or additional materials is governed by the access period and the product description applicable to the purchase. A material reduction in the purchased product will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Misuse and termination

Cowartu may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that the student has shared the file, resold the course, committed payment fraud or otherwise materially breached these terms. Termination for misuse does not create a refund entitlement, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
